The challenges are designed so elite athletes and toddlers can play on a level playing field. There’s no need to be in a team, you can compete individually, but sharing the workload will be beneficial.

No, just yourself. You might want to wear trainers as there’ll be a lot of movement involved. You may also want to bring a drink with you to keep you hydrated - hopefully the sun will be out!

3. 10am - 2pm is a long time, do I need to come for all of it?

No, it’s a drop in time zone, come between 10am and 2pm, we think it will take between 60 - 90mins to complete all the activities available.

4. Where will it be located, is there parking or toilets?

We’re going to be on the school field at Trinity School, nearest the river Eden. There’s no official parking, however car parks near Stony Holme Golf Course and road side parking on Strand Road are available. There’ll be no toilets available. However town is a short walk away.
