Carlisle Baptist Church exists because of some GOOD NEWS!

A Family On Mission

1) A family becoming more like Jesus

“Here is how we know we belong to him. Those who claim to belong to him must live just as Jesus did.”

— 1 John Ch 2:5-6

2) A family responding to gospel need

“So you must go and make disciples of all nations. Baptise them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. ”

3) A family sharing the truth

“But make sure that in your hearts you honour Christ as Lord. Always be ready to give an answer to anyone who asks you about the hope you have. Be ready to give the reason for it. But do it gently and with respect.”

4) A family welcoming and growing

“To those who are weak I became weak. That was to win the weak. I have become all things to all people. I have done this so that in all possible ways I might save some. I do all this because of the good news. And I want to share in its blessings. ”
