Three great reasons we meet together in “LifeGroups”

  • Folk in LifeGroups are being built up in their spiritual lives together, as we study, pray and share together.
  • They are the setting in which we can “do life together” – our groups aspire to be much more than a bible study group, they’re a group for growing, for friendship, for care and support.
  • Groups can work together in reaching out to others, a community that lives to point folk to the true life that is found in Jesus Christ.

We place a high value on children and families...

Little Sparks

When - Monday @ 9:30-11:00am

Where - Our Warwick Square building

Age - 0 - 5

Little Sparks is our weekly parent and toddler group that meets in term time. New people are always welcome to come along.

When - Sunday @ 10.45am

Where - Creché room at Warwick Square

Age - 0 - 4

In creché we provide a safe, comfortable and fun place for children of preschool age to stay during the morning meeting. This is so that parents can benefit from the great bible teaching in the main meeting. We also take the opportunity to point our younger children and toddlers to Jesus as we sing songs, do craft, play together, read Bible stories and learn from God’s word. We hope that this will help children to grow up knowing all about God’s great love for them in Jesus.

Sunday Club

When - Sunday @ 10.45am

Where - Various rooms at Warwick Square

Age - 4 - 11

Hold on to your hats, our aim in Sunday Club is to have the most fun ever as we learn all about Jesus. We are with the adults at the start of the main meeting, then leave for our own teaching as we look for ourselves how the whole bible points us to Jesus. In just one amazing morning we can be doing everything, from hunting hidden treasure to sharing tremendous tales, from investigating events to creating crazy crafts, all this and everything in-between.

When - Wednesday @ 6pm

Where - Our Warwick Square Building

Age - 7 - 11

Fast and furious fun on a Wednesday evening for those in school years 3 to 7, games, snacks, quizzes and crafts and some great Bible stories.

It is our policy that all of our Sunday Club and Youth leaders have up to date CRB/DBS checks in place for working with children and young people.

Teenagers aren't just the church of tomorrow.

We believe that our teenagers are very much part of our church today. Our fab youth team work hard to help our young people grow in knowledge about, and love for, Jesus and His church.

When - Wednesday @ 7.15pm

Where - our Warwick Square building

Age - 11-16

Join us as we squeeze as much fun as possible into the middle of your school week. Every week we mix together investigating the bible with games, food & time spent relaxing after a hard day at school.

Join us for any week, or come for one of our special events, where we could be doing anything from outrageous outings to amazing activities.

We love having students and young adults as part of our church family

At Carlisle Baptist Church we are passionate about CONNECTING with young adults and students.

We delight in seeing them TRANSFORMED as they study God’s word, grow in their faith and serve in the local church.

We are excited about SENDING them into what lies ahead, living and speaking for Christ.

What we do:

The best thing you can do is join us on a Sunday morning with the church family. We meet at 10:30am in the church building on Warwick Square.

We have lunches for Young Adults and Students most Sundays after the church service during autumn term time.

We meet on Tuesday night at the church building to eat together study God’s word and try and apply it to our lives in pursuit of becoming more like Jesus.
